Option 1: Half-Day Booking (3 Hours) – £103.50

What You Get:
A focused 3-hour visit ideal for smaller household tasks such as general repairs, tiling, or gutter cleaning. I bring all standard tools and handle the job efficiently.

Schedule:
Choose either a 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM start. Each slot runs for 3 hours (no lunch break).

Cost:
£103.50 (3 hours × £34.50/hr)

Best For:
Quick, manageable fixes — e.g., tightening a leaky drainpipe, repairing skirting boards, or Adjusting doors and windows.
(Please note: I don’t lift over 15 kg or carry out gas/electrical work.)

How to Book:
Select the “Half-Day Booking” option, prepare your task list, and have any materials ready before the visit.

Option 2: Full-Day Booking (6 Hours + Lunch) – £207

What You Get:
A full working day designed for larger projects — perfect for damp treatments, bathroom refurbishments, decking, or flat roof repairs.

Schedule:
Starts at 9:00 AM, includes a 1-hour lunch break (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM), and finishes at 4:00 PM.

Cost:
£207 (6 hours × £34.50/hr)

Best For:
Bigger, multi-task days — such as tiling, joinery, or complex home repairs.
I can also source materials if needed (additional cost applies).
(Please note: I don’t lift over 15 kg or handle gas/electrical work.)

Option 3: 20-Minute Zoom Consultation – £19

What You Get:
A 20-minute online consultation with Ian — available worldwide 🌍.
Get expert advice on repairs, planning, and DIY troubleshooting from the comfort of your home.

Schedule:
Book a convenient 20-minute slot, and we’ll connect via Zoom. I’ll walk you through your issue and help find a practical solution.

Cost:
£19 – payable securely via PayPal.

Best For:
Remote guidance on tricky or planned jobs such as a bathroom refit, renovation prep, or identifying repair priorities.
(Excludes gas/electrical diagnostics.)
