To keep things fair for paying customers (and to avoid delays while I’m on site), I don’t answer live calls. I charge by the hour, so taking calls during jobs isn't fair to the person who’s paying for my time — and chances are, you wouldn’t want that done on your booking either!

I don’t list my home address publicly — but I’m fully happy to provide my DBS certificate and personal details when required, especially for jobs in schools, hospitals, or sensitive settings.
