**Terms and Conditions for Booking Handyman Services with Handyman Plus Van**


These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of handyman services by Handyman Plus Van, operated by Ian Croasdell, referred to herein as "the Handyman," "I," "me," or "my." These Terms encompass the process of booking these services through the Calendly scheduling platform ("Calendly") and making payments via PayPal. By engaging the services of Handyman Plus Van and using Calendly and PayPal for booking and payment purposes, you agree to be bound by these Terms:


**1. Scope of Services:**

I provide a comprehensive range of handyman services, encompassing property maintenance, repairs, installations, and related tasks, primarily serving clients in the Swindon area and across the United Kingdom. Further details about the services provided are available on my website and can be discussed in detail during project consultations.


**2. Service Requests:**

You can request my services through various channels, including my website, WhatsApp, text, or email. Upon receiving your request, I will promptly respond to discuss the project, provide estimates, and schedule appointments as necessary.


**3. Pricing, Payment, and Cancellation:**

3.1. Pricing for services will be discussed and agreed upon during project consultations, with larger projects possibly requiring written estimates.

3.2. Payments for services rendered can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or cash. Invoices will be provided through QuickBooks.

3.3. Cancellations require a minimum of 7 days' notice to avoid potential cancellation fees. Full refunds are provided only if cancellations are made with at least 7 days' notice. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date, including rescheduling requests.


**4. Liability, Insurance, and Warranty:**

4.1. I maintain public liability insurance to safeguard against unforeseen events, although clients are encouraged to maintain their insurance for additional coverage.

4.2. A warranty for workmanship is provided on completed projects, subject to terms discussed and agreed upon during project consultations.


**5. Materials, Safety, and Privacy:**

5.1. Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials and supplies for their projects, unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in advance.

5.2. Clients must ensure a safe working environment for the Handyman during project execution and disclose any hazardous conditions in advance.

5.3. Personal information provided by clients will only be used for service delivery purposes and will be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws.


**6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law:**

Any disputes or concerns regarding services provided should be promptly communicated, and I am committed to resolving them amicably and professionally. These Terms and any contractual agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.


**7. Modifications to Terms and Contact Information:**
